| District ID | The District ID can be the numeric equivalent of your district's IRN. For example the District ID would be 43786 when the district's IRN is 043786. Note that the EMIS Download uses the state code equiv on the District record for the District IRN. |

| State Equivalency Code (DL040) | The state assigned six-digit information retrieval number (IRN) of the district. This field is required for EMIS reporting. |
| Home Language Required | We recommend that this box is checked. Note: EMIS requires that a value is reported for the Student Home Language Element. Currently, the Student/Course Download will use a *** value for students who have a blank. We recommend that users are trained to select a value for all students in preparation for the move EMIS-R vertical reporting (SIF). |

| Entry Date Rule | Use First Day for Calendar or Use First Membership Day In Calendar. |

PowerSchool provides download definitions for the SSID. Do not modify the setups which are provided to you. If you need to download data differently, create a copy of the download definition. Contact Customer Support if you need assistance copying setups.

Upload Definition

PowerSchool provides upload definitions for testing data, direct certification, SSID, and CTE Workforce Follow up. Do not modify the setups which are provided to you. If you need to upload data differently, create a copy of the upload definition. Contact Customer Support if you need assistance copying setups.

| OH-DC | Direct Certification. Use this upload definition to create the program tracking records for meal status for students who are in the direct certification file. It will also set the Close Direct Cert. on the Direct Certification page to N (unchecked). |
| 91 | EMIS SSID Upload. The State ID is a program-tracked field. The State ID Upload option will create program tracking records as needed. If a student has a state ID already, the State ID Upload will move the existing ID to the previous state ID field and close the program tracking record for the existing ID before it creates a program tracking record for the new ID. |
| HQTUP | Highly Qualified Teacher Upload. Use this upload to load highly qualified teacher data to the EMIS Course-Staff Highly Qualified field. |
| OH-GV | Career-Technical Education Workforce Development upload. Use this upload to load data from the ODE to the CTE Workforce Followup (GV) download table and to the EMIS CTE Followup Survey page. |
| OEDS | OEDS District Upload. Use this to upload EMIS IRNs as validation-only districts. |
