Administration > Mark Reporting Setup > Setup > MR Building Configuration
For transfer buildings, you can select whether users are required to select courses from the Course Catalog.

Use Course Catalog For Transfer Courses | We recommend that you validate transfer building courses using the Course Catalog. If you check this box, users will only be able to select course codes which have been defined in the Course Catalog for the transfer building. If you want to allow users to select courses from the Course Catalog or key in course codes that are not in the Course Catalog, this box should be unchecked. |
Transcript View Setup
Administration > Mark Reporting Setup > View Setup > Transcript View Setup
For the transfer building, the view defined for Summary and group courses by 'Yearly' determines the fields which can be added for transfer courses. On the Course Entry Information panel, select the following fields.
