Track Occurrences

You can choose whether or not your district tracks occurrences.

Multiple Offenses

For EMIS, you can report up to 5 discipline reasons for an incident. If you want to report multiple reasons, you must select this option.

Action Outcome

The Code ALT has been added by PowerSchool. If this code is entered in the Outcome field on the Offender Action Maintenance page, a 'Y' will be reported for Referred for Alternate Educational Services (GD110).

You may use a local code other than ALT if desired. You must set the State Code Equiv to Y to indicate Referred for Alternate Educational Services. 

Incident/Offense Codes (GD080)

State Equivalent Code must be defined. 

Up to 5 reasons can be reported in a Student Discipline Record. The Minimum Action Level field is used to determine the order to list incident codes. Enter a 1 for the codes which should be reported first to ODE.

State Code Equiv must be defined.
