Track Occurrences | You can choose whether or not your district tracks occurrences. |
Multiple Offenses | For EMIS, you can report up to 5 discipline reasons for an incident. If you want to report multiple reasons, you must select this option. |

Action Outcome | The Code ALT has been added by PowerSchool. If this code is entered in the Outcome field on the Offender Action Maintenance page, a 'Y' will be reported for Referred for Alternate Educational Services (GD110). You may use a local code other than ALT if desired. You must set the State Code Equiv to Y to indicate Referred for Alternate Educational Services. |
Incident/Offense Codes (GD080) | State Equivalent Code must be defined. Up to 5 reasons can be reported in a Student Discipline Record. The Minimum Action Level field is used to determine the order to list incident codes. Enter a 1 for the codes which should be reported first to ODE. |
