October 2025 Major Maintenance Release

ESP-107842	TREx Exports	Updated the TREx Export to handle the IBC Indicator as follows: If unchecked, no data element is generated. If checked with one vector, value 01 is reported. If checked with two or more vectors, value 02 is reported. Only vectors within the current school year are considered, ensuring consistent reporting across all relevant students.
ESP-107534	Program Setup	Some customers were experiencing performance issues when adding new students because of invalid Program Setup data in Programs 146 and 10150. Corrected the Program setup to indicate they are not linked.
ESP-107151	Course/Staff/Student Download	Added a command timeout of 240 seconds to the Update As of Status stored procedure to prevent Student Download query timeouts.
ESP-106293	Incident Detail - PEIMS Discipline Information	Updated the PEIMS Discipline Information panel to prevent users from deleting data for an incident when the Action Code is in 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 13, 14, 25, 26, 27, 28, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, or 60, as the SSSP Team Review field is required.
