August 2025 Major Maintenance Release

ESP-105746	Student EOC Requirements HB5	Updated processing to exclude the Highest Level field value on the Student EOC Requirements HB5 page for scores marked as excluded in the EOC Requirements Setup.
ESP-105304	TREx New Export	Updated processing to ensure that if any course is missing semester sequence data, it will not cause the task to fail. Instead, the missing sequence will be logged in the log file, and processing will continue.
ESP-104932	State Course Summary	Updated processing to handle duplicate state code equivalent entries across regular and summer school, resolving the error that previously prevented the page from loading.
