Enrollment Verification Report

Menu path: Select Regulatory from the main menu, select Reports submenu, select Attendance, and then select Enrollment Verification.

The Enrollment Verification Report in TWEDS TEA extracts student enrollment data required for Texas Education Agency (TEA) reporting. This report helps districts validate enrollment records before submission by ensuring student demographic and enrollment information aligns with TEA reporting requirements.

Use this report to:

  • Verify student enrollment details for a selected reporting period

  • Identify missing or incorrect enrollment data

  • Ensure compliance with TWEDS/TSDS submission standards

To create the Enrollment Verification report

  1. Select Regulatory from the main menu, select Reports submenu, select Attendance, and then select Enrollment Verification.

  2. On the Enrollment Verification Report page, specify the following details to create the file.

Fields

Description

Student Building

Select the code of the buildings to include in the extract.

Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click Asterisk to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.

Course Building(s)

Select the course building codes to include in the extract.

Select codes from the field's drop-down list, or click Asterisk to select all codes, then remove any that do not apply.

Calendars

Select one of the following calendar entries:

  • A - Alternate

  • G - Hald Day Eligible

  • N - Non Membership Child Find

  • 7 - OFSDP

  • B - Test Calendar

  • T - Traditional

Reporting Periods

Select the six-week ADA reporting periods or the PEIMS reporting periods.

As-Of Date

The related As-Of Date is auto-populated based on the Reporting Period selection. You can alter the date based on your specific requirement.

Scheduling Periods

Select the required period that must be included in the extract.

Include Teacher Signature

Select to include the teacher’s signature in the extract.

Task/Report Name

If you want to rename the task and the report file, change the text displayed in this field. If you use the / (slash) character, _ (underscore) will be used in the task and report name.

Log Statistics

Select to create a log file.

  1. Click Run.

  2. To view task status and retrieve reports, click Tasks/Reports on the Navigation bar.

Additional Information

The Texas Enrollment Verification Report supports the inclusion of course sections with Staff ID 0. The ”Include Staff ID 0“ option allows you to include these course sections in the report, with the teacher displayed as “No Staff Assigned“ when applicable.
