Diagnostics

1. Accessing the Diagnostics Page:

   • To access the Diagnostics page, select Diagnostics at the top of the Configuration page.

2. Enable System Processing Switch:

3. The Diagnostics page currently features a single switch: Enable System Processing. Ensure this switch is set to ON.

4. Pausing System Processing:

   • Setting Enable System Processing to OFF pauses the DEX background processing. This allows the system to resync and recreate any potentially missing internal indexes. Disabling the system takes one to two minutes.

5. Reenabling System Processing:

6. After disabling, the system needs to be re-enabled. This process may take between five to thirty minutes, depending on the database size.

7. Troubleshooting:

   • Disabling and reenabling the system can help if there are issues with publishing or downloading data. This step is usually performed only when directed by Customer Service.

Setup is now complete. You are ready to begin publishing your data.
