Diagnostics
Accessing the Diagnostics Page:
To access the Diagnostics page, select Diagnostics at the top of the Configuration page.
Last Replication Date
Displays the last database replication date.
Diagnostic Viewer
This Diagnostic Viewer provides visibility into system errors, job queues, and dashboard requests, making it easier to monitor and troubleshoot the DEX environment.
Navigation
To access the Diagnostic Viewer:
Log in to the DEX Cloud UI.
Navigate to the Diagnostics page.
Select the Diagnostic Viewer option.
The Diagnostic Viewer consolidates several diagnostic elements into a single page, allowing you to:
View system-generated error messages.
Monitor the status and order of download and publishing jobs.
Track queued and completed dashboard requests.
Logged Messages (Errors): Displays all system-generated error messages for quick identification of issues.
Pending Jobs (Downloads): Lists all download jobs currently in the queue, including their status and order.
Pending Jobs (Publishing): Shows all records in the publishing queue, with their status and queue order.
Queued Dashboard Requests: Lists all publishing dashboard requests in the order they will be processed.
Finished Dashboard Requests: Displays recently completed dashboard requests for visibility into completed processing.
Setup is now complete. You are ready to begin publishing your data.
