2018-2019 WA Transcript Features

The following features were implemented in the ADDITIONAL STATE REQUIREMENTS section of the Washington Transcript output per the state's 2018-2019 Standardized High School Transcript User Guide:

• Changed the descriptor for identifying CERTIFICATE OF ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT and CERTIFICATE OF INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT (CERTIFICATE OF ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT and CERTIFICATE OF INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT Status) fields from being printed as individual state requirements.
• The CERTIFICATE OF ACADEMIC/INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT (CERTIFICATE OF ACADEMIC/INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT Status) field will be printed as a combined or single state requirement. Allowable values are EARNED and ***.
  In the Transcript View Setup > Test Score Center, Certification Type which is the label for these 2 state requirements was recording the score to indicate which achievement to print. Now, when there is any value of the score, CERTIFICATE OF ACADEMIC/INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENT EARNED will be printed otherwise, a row of asterisks will be printed. 
• The WA STATE HIGHER ED PLACEMENT AGREEMENT field is updated with the Higher Education Placement Agreement link.
