If an Entry Date is entered, then a City and State must also be entered

The dates must be in the calendar for the transfer building for the school year

Entry Date and Withdrawal Date are only entered for the range of school years to indicate which transfer buildings should print on the transcript:

One year in Transfer Building: school year 2008: Entry date and Withdrawal date with City and State for school year 2008

Two years in Transfer Building: school years 2007 and 2008: Entry date with City and State for school year 2007 and Withdrawal date for school year 2008
