Transfer Buildings

Start and End Dates

Mark Reporting > Entry & Reports > Student > Transcript Summary > Transfer Buildings panel 

• If an Entry Date is entered, then a City and State must also be entered
• The dates must be in the calendar for the transfer building for the school year
• Entry Date and Withdrawal Date are only entered for the range of school years to indicate which transfer buildings should print on the transcript:
• One year in Transfer Building:  school year 2008: Entry date and Withdrawal date with City and State for school year 2008
• Two years in Transfer Building: school years 2007 and 2008: Entry date with City and State for school year 2007 and Withdrawal date for school year 2008
