Career Plan Worksheet Page

This report lists Career Plan information for the selected students, as defined in the Career Plan View for students' graduation years.

The Career Plan Worksheet report can include Career Plan requirements, supplemental plan requirements, course details showing how credits have been applied to the plan, test information, signature lines, and post-graduation plans.

Run Career Plan Worksheet

  1. Select Scheduling > Student Schedules > Post-Scheduler Reports > Career Plan Worksheet.
  2. Specify the report options.
  3. Click Run.
  4. Use the Tasks/Reports options on the Navigation bar to view task status and retrieve reports.

Building

Building of the students to include in the report.

Student Graduation Year

Select the graduation year of the students whose worksheets you want to print.

Recalculate Graduation Requirements

Checked if you want to recalculate students' graduation requirements before printing the report.

Deficient Plans

Checked if you want the report to only include students whose plans are deficient in terms of course and credit requirements. For more information on Career Plan deficiencies, refer to Student Career Planner Alerts.

Include Subject Area Details

Checked if you want to list course information, including future year requests, for each of the subject areas in a student's Career Plan.

Log Statistics

Checked if you want to print the prompts in a log file. Otherwise, a log file will be created only if an error occurs.

Sort Panel

Use the Sort panel to specify how records should be ordered in a report. You enter lines of sort criteria; the system compares your sort criteria against the corresponding fields in the records being searched and displays records in either ascending or descending order based on the sort fields.
