Career Plan Building Configuration

Before you can use the Student Career Planner option for students in a particular building, you need to define the building's Career Planner configuration.

The building configuration lets you set up a link from within Career Planner to your school's course handbook and enter descriptive text to display on the Career Plan page.

Administration > Scheduling Setup > Setup > Career Plan Building Configuration




Handbook Link

Define an address here so counselors and administrative staff have access to the View Handbook option on the Career Plan page (Scheduling > Student Schedules > Student > Career Plan).  Make sure your entry exists on your district's local network as an intranet address. Character/255

Student Planner Free Text

Text to display at the top of the Career Plan page, allowing you to provide counselors and administrative staff with information on adding requests and administering plans. Character/255.
