Medical Setup
The validation tables are required for the Illinois Medical reporting in eSchoolPlus.
Medical Records Validation Table
Menu path: Select Administration, General Setup, District, and then select Validation Tables.
Several validation tables under Medical Records must be set up with particular State Equivalency Codes or certain codes for the Illinois Medical Reports to work correctly. The tables and the codes are listed as follows.
