Test Score Setup
PowerSchool provides Test Definition and Test Score Import Definition templates which you can use as the basis for your own setups via the Copy feature. A future revision of this guide will provide a complete listing of the templates PowerSchool provides. For now, we give details on the setup needed to enable test score entry in Teacher Access Center for the IL Physical Fitness Assessment.
Note: Please use the Copy button to create your own records based on the Test Definition and Test Score Import Definitions we provide. You should reserve the definitions we provide as templates which PowerSchool can update as your state requirements change for testing data.
IL Physical Fitness Assessment Test Definition
The IL Physical Fitness Assessment test definition provides the test scores for recording students' Illinois Physical Fitness Test results. You may update student test results through Test Scores > All > Student > Test History by Student, or you can set up test score entry through Teacher Access Center. Only use this Test Definition if your district does not use the FitnessGram application to track physical fitness results.

Teacher Access Center Setup
You can set up the IL Physical Fitness Assessment test so your teachers can enter student scores using the Teacher Access Center's Performance option. Follow these steps:

- Define a TAC Test View Setup including each of the Physical Fitness Assessment subtest scores teachers need to update. (Administration > TAC Setup > Setup > TAC Test View).
- Make sure the Description identifies IL Physical Fitness Assessment. Teachers see this as the Test Score View they select in TAC.
- Each row signifies a test score the teacher can update and view for this TAC Test View using the Performances option.
- Select Test-Level-Form of IL Physical Fitness-1-1 for each row you add.
- Add the appropriate Subtest and Score Code for each exam area, as listed in the Subtests and Scores section. See the eSchoolPlus online help for additional field descriptions.
