State Submission Files

In order to successfully create files for your ISBE submission, you must follow these steps:

1. Download ISBE Submission Files
2. Review Error/Warning Logs and update data as necessary
3. If necessary, rerun the Download ISBE Submission Files option
4. Extract ISBE State Files

We have added "download" tables for ISBE processing. This means that the data that will be included in the ISBE files will first be loaded into database tables and after you have rectified any errors, you will create the Extract/State files. This will allow us to provide Summary screens so that you can see what data you will be/have submitted to the State easily from eSchoolPlus.
