May 2021 Major Maintenance Release

These changes have been released in the following software versions unless otherwise noted in the release note:

ESP-59906	IL Dental Conservation Report	The Total Enrollment field value is updated to omit students who were selected to exclude the dental report in the Exclude Students from State Reports page.
ESP-59399	IL Download ISBE Submission Files	Values reported in the IL Student College and Career Readiness Indicator (STUCCRI) record retrieve data from either the legacy ISBE College Career Readiness Indicator page or ISBE Student CCRI Data page based on the configuration settings in the ISBE CCRI Setup page.
ESP-59722	ISBE CCRI Data	The Career Interest, Industry Credentials, Consistent Employment Hours, Consecutive Summer Employment Hours, and Community Service Hours data entry panels must have entries for the three columns for each row. Consistent Employment Hours, Consecutive Summer Employment Hours, and Community Service Hours panels are updated to save only if the data entry panels have rows with a non-negative number of hours.
ESP-59293	ISBE CCRI Data	The Career Interest, Industry Credentials, Community Service Hours, Consistent Employment Hours, and Consecutive Summer Employment Hours panels are updated in the ISBE CCRI Data page to allow users delete the entered data.
ESP-58885	ISBE CCRI Data	The Career Development panel is updated for the primary key violation when running the CCRI calculation.
