Added (MAT) Bundle, (SCI) Bundle, and (ELA) Bundle as checkboxes on the ISBE IAR Pre-ID Accommodations screen. Updated the IAR Pre-ID file generation to output Y when the checkbox is selected and N when it is not selected. Removed business logic and validations specific to the previous dropdown values.
