February 2021 Major Maintenance Release

When migrating district-defined fields from the ISBE Early Childhood page to the ISBE Legacy Fields page, the duplicate field orders have been corrected by dynamically setting the field order to the next unused value.

The ISBE Early Childhood fields are reorganized so you can see the relevant fields on one page.

• Moved unused fields from the ISBE Early Childhood page to the ISBE Legacy Fields page.
• Moved fields from the ISBE Early Childhood Demographics page to the ISBE Early Childhood page.
• Removed the ISBE Early Childhood Demographics page.

Two grids are added to the Two or More Organized Co-curricular Activities fields.

• The Organized Co-curricular Activities Data grid is organized to list all activities the student participated in every school year.
• The Organized Co-curricular Activities Reported Values grid is organized to:
  • List every year the student is in high school.
  • Total the number of unique activities for each year and all previous years.
  • Report "01" if the number of unique activities is two or greater; otherwise, report "02".
  • Allow the reported value to be changed if required in the override column for each year.

The CCRI calculation will populate the new grids with the base eSchoolPlus activities to determine in which activities the student is participating.

The CCRI download will retrieve data from the ISBE Student CCRI Data page for the Two or More Organized Co-curricular Activities fields.

The CCRI calculation is updated to include the ACT or SAT Math test information.
Two grids are added to the ISBE Student CCRI Data page:

• The ACT SAT Math Test Data grid shows every score the student has for an ACT or SAT Math test.
• The ACT SAT Math Reported Values grid shows every year the student is in high school and if the requirement for the ACT or SAT Math test is met.
  • There will only be one record for each year they are in high school.
  • If the student has more than one of the same exams for a given year, then it will use the one with the highest score.
  • If the student takes both ACT and SAT in the same year, it will use the first one they passed.
  • "N/A" for years before exams were taken.
  • Compares scores against the threshold. If score >= threshold, then the Calculated Value = 01, else Calculated Value = 02.
  • "Prior Year" for years after exams that got 01 unless that year's exam also gets a 01.
