March 2021 Major Maintenance Release | PowerSchool eSchoolPlus SIS

These changes have been released in the following software versions unless otherwise noted in the release note:

ESP-48477	IL Download ISBE Submission File	The ISBE attendance download now completes with different combinations of attendance codes, but at least one attendance code must be selected to complete the download.
ESP-48220	Transcript Summary	The Print Transcript has been updated to print seals in the correct format.
ESP-44911	IL Immunization Report	The State Code Equiv value 13 (Invalid) has been updated to 15 (Kindergarten) to retrieve immunization records for kindergarten students. Note that the State Code Equivalent value in the Validation Tables for Vaccination should be used from this list: IPV, DTP, DTaP, Td, MEASL, RUBEL, MUMPS, CPOX, HEPB, HIB, PNEU, MEN, MMR.
ESP-38688	ISBE Student CCRI Data	The CCRI calculation is updated to include the ACT or SAT ELA test information. In the ACT SAT ELA Reported Values grid added previously to the ISBE Student CCRI Data page: There are two scores for ACT ELA - English and Reading. A student must pass both subjects to have a passing score for ACT. SAT only has a Reading section and the English score/threshold will display “N/A” for SAT. If a student has ACT scores coming from two different exam codes ,"Composite" will be used instead of the exam codes. This is applicable only if both the scores are from the same year. ACT scores do not have to be from the same year. If a score is from a prior year, “Prior Year” will be used instead of the score/threshold.
