ESP-94155	Validation Tables (REGTB_LANGUAGE)	Updated two-digit codes in the REGTB_LANGUAGE table from active to inactive status. Added the American Sign Language (ase) language code. Updated the definition for the language code Sign Languages (sgn) to Other Sign Languages (sgn).
