February 2024 Major Maintenance Release

Created separate permission in the HAC Building Configuration under "Tests" for the California Test Scores tab, similar to the General Test Scores tab. This allows administrators to control access to displaying the California Test Scores tab in HAC.

Updated the download processing of Student Downloads with additional checks as per CALPADs documentation. The warning messages are updated as follows.

For SSID Enrollment Submission File:

• If Grade Level Code = TK, the student’s age should be at least 4 years as of September 1 in the current AY (School Year - 1); otherwise, populate the warning message.
  • Warning Message: If the Grade is TK, the student's age should be at least 4 years as of 09-01-XXXX.
• If Grade Level Code = KN, the student’s age should be between 4 and 7 years; otherwise, populate the warning message
  • Warning Message: If the Grade is KN, the student's age should be between 4 years and 7 years.
• The Graduation Exemption Indicator should not be populated if the Enrollment Exit Date is before 7/1/2023; otherwise, populate the warning message.
  • Warning Message: The Graduation Exemption Indicator should not be populated if the Enrollment Exit Date is before 7/1/2023.

For Student Information Submission File:

• Effective Start Date to not be more than 6 months greater than the current date; otherwise, populate the warning message.
  • Warning Message: The Effective Start Date should not be more than 6 months from the current date.

For Student Courses Submission File:

• Carnegie Units Earned cannot be greater than 2 units; otherwise, populated warning message.
  • Warning Message: The Carnegie Units Earned cannot be greater than 2 units.

For Student English Language Acquisition Submission File:

• If no SELA record exists in the system for a student, then the submitted SELA record where ELAS Code = EL or IFEP with a Correction Reason Code is not allowed; otherwise, populate the warning message.
  • Warning Message: The student does not require a correction reason code as the prior SELA record does not exist.

Refined the processing to verify newly added three-digit codes in the primary home language.
