To support CALPADS 18.1 reporting requirements, the following Job Class codes have been added:

Validation Enhancements
The following compliance validations have been introduced as warning messages:
When Job Class 14 (Teacher, Non-Instructional Assignments) is selected, 6018 (Employee on Leave) is the only valid Non-Classroom Based Job Assignment Code. Entering any other Non-Classroom Based or Support Assignment Code will generate a warning.
At least one Non-Classroom Based or Support Assignment Code must be entered when applicable. A warning will be displayed if 6018 (Employee on Leave) is the only code entered where an alternative assignment code is required.

The Service Location Code master list has been enhanced to include additional service location options and updated descriptions to align with current Special Education reporting requirements.
