CA ORA Staff Assignments and Validation Tables (Job Classification)

Updated the Educational Service Job Classification codes to align with current reporting requirements. As part of this change, several legacy codes have been retired, and new classification codes have been introduced across the applicable menus.

New Classification Codes Added

• 13 – Teacher, Instructional Assignments

• 14 – Teacher, Non-Instructional Assignments

Classification Codes Retired

• 12 – Teacher

• 25 – Non-Certificated Administrator

• 26 – Charter School Non-Certificated Teacher

• 27 – Itinerant or Pull-Out/Push-In Teacher
