ESP-97766	Student Summary	Added the Parent Opt-out Flag data element to the download and extract. The data for this element is sourced from the existing Military checkbox in the Do Not Release Information section in Privacy. Included the Parent Opt-out Flag column to the download and extract at position 136. For Grades 11 and 12, the value must be either Y or N (mandatory). For other grades, the value will default to null or blank.
