SBAR Collection

The SQL insert for the VA SBAR report was failing because of an overflow error during the conversion of an integer to a varchar. This has been resolved, and the correct values are now displayed in Offense Actions.

Student Record Collection (SRC)

• Added a new validation for the Phone Number. This validation is required for students in Grades 11 and 12 during Fall and Spring terms unless the Parent Opt-out Flag is set to Y.

• For Grades 11 and 12, updated processing to first check the student’s record for the phone number.

• If no phone number is found, the system will retrieve the priority 1 guardian's home or mobile number from the Contact page.

• If neither the student’s phone number nor the guardian's number is available, an error message will be displayed.Error message: Phone Number cannot be blank in the SRC record.

Download, Extract, and Programs

• Added the Responsible School element to the MSC download and extract.

• This element applies only to the F record.

• The element is added at the last position in the download and extract.

• Maximum length: 4 characters.

• Required for both FALL and EOY submissions.

• Added functionality to retrieve the student’s enrolled building as the responsible school when the responsible building value is not set for the student.
