These changes have been released in the following software version:

ESP-91363	VA SBAR Download, VA SBAR Extract, and Download Search	Updated SBAR Download processing to reflect the new file layout provided by the state (VDOE). Removed prompts/checkboxes for Sections A, B, C, D, and E from the Download page. Running the VA SBAR Download will generate records for both Sections A and B. Updated the Download and Extract file layout as per the file layout specified by the state. Updated the Search page to reflect the new file layout.
ESP-90725	VA MSC Download	Updated the download processing to generate a warning message: “The Responsible Division/District field cannot be blank in the MSC Student (F) record” when the Responsible Division in the F record is blank or empty in the MSC Download.
