VA Flexible Instructional Time

Introduced the VA Flexible Instructional Time page, featuring the 'Date' and 'Number of Hours' fields. A new data element named "Hours of Flexible Instruction" also has been added for download and extraction purposes.

In the download, the Hours of Flexible Instruction for a student will be:

• Set to the value entered in the 'Number of Hours' field or the sum of values entered for 'Number of Hours' in case of multiple rows.

• Set to 0 if no value is entered.

• Set to 0 if the Grade Code is PK, TT, or PG.

• Set to 0 if the Active Status Code is N.

Checks and warnings have been implemented in the SRC Download process:

• Warning Message: Flexible Instructional Time is set to zero because the Grade Code is PK, TT, or PG.

• Warning Message: Flexible Instructional Time is set to zero because the Active Status Code is N.
