Attendance Intervention Suite (AIS) integration

This release includes the Attendance Intervention Suite (AIS) integration with added options to configure the SFTP connection timeout and number of retry attempts on the District page.

These options are added to the AIS Integration panel on the District page.

• Synchronize Unique ID: To re-sync the database Unique ID if the error message is showing.

• Test SFTP Connection: To test the credentials and validate them without having to save the page.

• Regenerate API Credentials: To allow a district user to regenerate the API credentials to send to the AIS team without having to lose other information about AIS Integration that was previously saved.

For the AIS Download page, saving the scheduled task would error if a large number of buildings (but not “all”) were selected. This has been resolved.

At Risk - Progress Calculation

Resolved an issue in the At Risk Progress Calculation page where incorrect IPR dates appeared in the dropdown until the user manually switched buildings. Updated the processing to load only IPR dates from the Progress Runs Setup for the selected building that has associated student progress data.

When searching for a Phone Number, the Duplicate Contact search was not correctly sorting the Contact Name across multiple pages of results. This has been resolved.

The Schoology Integration API was returning an incorrect period list for courses that span multiple periods. This has been resolved.

In the Incident Action/Attendance Verification report, attendance records were not returned unless the attendance period matched the scheduling period. This has been resolved.

On Mass Update pages, updated processing for any field that validates against Rooms only requires a single character to be entered before showing options instead of two.

Added a validation warning to the TAC Gradebook Category Setup page to alert users when a category overrides the same marking period multiple times.

TAC - Student Drawer in Summer School mode

If the student was not in a teacher's class, they were not able to search for these students and open the student drawer in TAC for them. This has been resolved.

When generating a Class Roster report in TAC, dates are updated to display in additional headers when that option is selected properly.
