eSchoolPlus 25.2.0.0 Release

HAC Overdue Assignments email alert

This release introduces the HAC email alert for overdue assignments to enable parents and students to receive email alerts regarding any assignment that has not been scored or turned in. This includes the following changes:

• A new menu option in the HAC Building Configuration to enable or disable the new alert.

• A new option to enable parents or students to subscribe, if enabled on both the Classwork and the My Alerts pages.

• A new scheduled task to generate notification emails to include any assignments that have either been marked with an Alpha Mark indicated it was Not Turned In or currently has a blank mark.

Email Alerts - Gradebook Alerts

The Assignment Average notification was displayed twice when viewing the email on some mid-sized phones, it would show the full-screen version followed by the mobile version. There was also an issue with the Total Points in the mobile view repeating the row above incorrectly. Both issues have been resolved.

On the Student Summary page, the teacher's email was not correctly populated in the textbox within the popup if it contained an apostrophe. This has been resolved.

In TAC, duplicate records caused incorrect attendance totals by year on the Attendance Detail report. This has been resolved to ensure accurate counts.

Updates to contact phones were not triggering a notification when modified for a student or guardian living with them. This has been resolved.

TAC - Student Success Plan Intervention

In TAC, when entering a comment only and not a mark, the save only adds to the ssp_stu_int_comm record. It is not adding to the ssp_stu_int_prog record like it does in eSchoolPlus. This has been resolved.

Saving a locker change on the Personal page was causing the spinner to continue to spin without saving. This has been resolved.

A timeout or arithmetic overflow error occurred when selecting certain buildings in the Load Gradebook Average program. This has been resolved.

HAC / Classwork

In HAC, the Classwork page displayed a strikethrough in the Category field instead of the Exempt - Excused marks. This has been resolved.

Student Mark Summary Report

Updated the Student Mark Summary Report page for the Include Report Cards Information checkbox to remain visible when switching buildings. Instead of hiding the competency section, it will be disabled, and the Include Competency Data checkbox will be unchecked before being disabled.

TAC Attendance Detail

When the first day of the marking period was set to be a non-membership day for All calendars, the teachers could not change the marking period on the TAC Attendance Detail page. This has been resolved.
