HAC Login Page

The district logo from the DCU can now (optionally) display on the HAC login screen.

Depending on the DCU Login page settings, the login page will be displayed as follows:

• If neither the message nor the logo field is filled in, the default message and PowerSchool logo will display.

• If the message is filled in and the logo is not filled in, the HAC Login page message is displayed from the DCU message, and the default logo will display.

• If no message is filled in and the logo is filled in, the HAC Login page will not display a message and the logo is replaced with the district’s defined logo.

• If the message and the logo are both filled in, the DCU Login page settings will display for both the message and the logo.

If you are hosted, you must contact support to have CloudOps set up the message and/or logo you want to use to overwrite the default.

Class Roster - Show/Hide Columns

Added two options to the Class Roster page’s Show/Hide columns option. You can now choose to include the student’s and guardian’s email addresses in your display as an additional column

Teacher Access - All Present Button Configuration

Added an option to the Attendance Building Configuration in the Teacher Access section that will allow administrators to hide the All Present button in the Teacher Access Center (TAC). The option will remain visible by default. Selecting the checkbox will hide the All Present button on the TAC Home page.

Verification Sheets

Resolved an issue on the Verification Sheets page, where the IPR date prompt retained values from a previous run but incorrectly defaulted the Building field to the user’s default building, causing validation errors. The application now correctly uses the building of the prior run (if available) and fetches the corresponding IPR dates.

Security Profile

The Security Profile Override default building list on the User screen in the Role panel was not allowing updates when the user was in multiple roles, with overlapping resources and different buildings. This has been resolved.

TAC - Attendance

Resolved an issue where attendance in TAC was not being saved for students whose entry calendar did not match any course building calendars. Attendance is now saved using the course building's default calendar when no match is found.

Discipline Incident Action/Attendance Verification Report

If a building used the Timeslot attendance, the Discipline Attendance Verification report would include records for periods in which students did not have a scheduled course. Updated the process to exclude unscheduled periods the same way it does when not processing timeslots.

Resolved an issue in Registration Assignment where the Current Next Year Building displayed the current enrollment building due to identical field names, causing column alias conflicts.

TAC Attendance Detail could only be viewed for courses whose period exists in the timetable for that cycle day. This has been resolved.

Resolved an issue where the Report Card Verification Sheets did not print in alphabetical order by teacher when no sort was specified.
