eSchoolPlus 25.3.0.0 Release

HAC Upcoming Assignments Email

This release introduces a HAC email alert feature, allowing parents and students to receive notifications about upcoming assignments due within a specified number of days. This includes the following changes:

• A new menu option in the HAC Building Configuration to enable or disable the new alert.

• A new option to enable parents or students to subscribe, if enabled, on both the Classwork and the My Alerts pages. The parent or student may specify the number of days in advance they would like to receive the notification.

• A new scheduled task to generate notification emails to include any assignments that have a due date within the specified number of days.

Master Schedule Search

Added the Print blockettes not assigned to a block feature to the Master Schedule List Report to identify and report orphaned blockette courses that are not linked to any block.

Attendance Codes

Added two entry fields to the Attendance Codes page (att_code table). These fields will currently be used by the AIS Integration.

Attendance Category

• Valid values (other than null) will be hard-coded as:

  • A - Absent

  • P - Present

  • T - Tardy

Attendance Type

• Valid values (other than null) will be hard-coded as:

  • E - Excused

  • U - Unexcused

TAC - Environment Information

Added two fields, Software Version and Date Installed, in the Environment Information panel to track the software version and installation date.

Validation Tables - Language

Added the AIS Language field to the Language validation table to allow conversion to the AIS language if you are using that integration.

At-risk calculations were not being applied based on the configurations. This has been resolved.

Notifications - Student Summary Link

Resolved an issue where notifications that contained links to the Student Summary were opening inside the Notification Viewer iFrame instead of redirecting to the parent page. In addition, corrected the Discipline Referral notification Student Summary links which were causing an application error.

Resolved an issue where users with access to a single building encountered an Internal Server Error when viewing the Attendance Range for students who switched buildings during the selected period.
