September 2024 Minor-2 Maintenance Release

Added the Warning validation message if EL status is 99.

Warning message: For [Dynamic Student ID], EL Status (field 41) is 99 (Never EL) but the LIEP Type (field 45) is not blank.

Created the Staff Student Subtest Template Teacher-Student Linkages report template. This report will help districts pre-populate custom student lists for teachers, enabling them to view historical student data in PVAAS while remaining compliant with Act 13.

Key Features:

• Report Availability: Added to the Regulatory tab (Download/Extract) within the Student Domain section.
• Shared Code Base: The download process for both Act 13 and Teacher-Student Linkage templates shares the same code. However, the Teacher-Student Linkage version will not populate fields 10 through 12 (Instructional Responsibility Weight, Instructional Relationship Weight, and Responsible School Number).
• Reporting Period: Dropdown options include:
  • Select a value (default)
  • October (1)
  • January (2)
    One of these selected values will be extracted for the Reporting Period column in the report.
• Subtest Identifier Update:
  • If the Reporting Period is October (1), the system will print TSL1.
  • If the Reporting Period is January (2), the system will print TSL2.

Implementation Updates:

• Integrated into PIMS Download and PIMS Extract pages in the Regulatory tab.
