ESP-113160	PIMS Download - Student Fact-Unlawful Absences (SUA)	Updated the PA Student Download processing for Unlawful Absences to report unlawful absences only for the timeframe a student is within the Compulsory Age Range as defined by PIMS: Compulsory Age: from when a student first enrolls in school (which may be no later than age 6) until age 18 or graduation from high school, whichever comes first.
