September 2021 Major Maintenance Release

For Student Lite Submission file, the Gender code field column will retrieve the value from the Gender Identity field instead of the Gender field in the Registration page; and the Career Path code field column will have the value Civic, which was added in the Career Path validation table.

For Staff Snapshot Submission file, the Gender code field column will retrieve the value from the Gender Identity field instead of the Gender field in the Staff page and in the Staff Snapshot Extract file an extra blank value is added.

For Program Fact Submission file, the RCVD Seal of Civic Readiness field will populate the State Code Equivalent value 8313 for the record added in the NY Other programs page and also an exit record for the Exit Reason field will populate the State Code Equivalent value 3050 in the program withdrawal reason validation table in the NY Other programs page.

Updated the NY Attendance Download to not log errors in the log file but process insertion for any attendance code where State Code Equivalent value is part of the cross validation table.

Created Digital Access Details district-defined page with STUDIGIACS option at the Summary and State Search pages.

Implemented business logic to generate the Student Digital Access report.
