State Reporting Release Notes

Following are details from New York eSchoolPlus state regulatory releases not yet incorporated into this user guide. We also provide updates to reference table code sets since these are not included elsewhere in this document.

When we update the documentation with items from the Release Notes section, we will update the Revision History and remove the corresponding Release Notes since they are handled in the main user guide text at that point.
