NY Attendance Download, NY Attendance Extract and Attendance View Setup

The Attendance Instructional Modality field has been added to indicate the instruction delivery method. It can have three values: IN (In-Person), R (Remote), and B (Both).

The present code (PRSNT) has been added to the attendance codes.
