March 2021 Major Maintenance Release

The Student Daily Attendance calculation has been updated to include the following changes:

• The Attendance Instructional Modality field has been removed from the Learning Location Program page.
• The Attendance Instructional Modality field has been removed from the district-defined Learning Location page.
• The validation name in the user interface has been updated from NY Attendance Instructional Modality to NY Attendance Code.
• Eight values have been appended into the NY Attendance Code validation table.
• The Attendance Day Totals calculation has been updated to process the combination of ISSE, ISSU, ISST, ISSP, OSSE, OSSU, OSST, and OSSP suspension codes into individual records for the NY Attendance Download, NY Attendance Extract, NY Student Download Summary, and NY State Download Search pages. For example, ISS/Tardy will be converted to an ISS record and a Tardy record.
• The Attendance Instructional Modality field value has been updated to retrieve the location type value from the Day Totals calculation for the NY Attendance Download, NY Attendance Extract, NY Student Download Summary, and NY State Download Search pages.
