Overview of New York State Reporting
The eSchoolPlus State Reporting solution comprises the Student Lite, Student Entry/Exit, Programs Fact, Assessment Fact, and Teacher – Course (Staff Snapshot, Marking Period, Course and Student Grades) eScholar templates; the Period Attendance and Membership Report (AT-6); the State Aid Attendance Report (SA-129); the Violent and Disruptive Incidents Report (VADIR); and the IEPDirect Centris Synch and Viewer.
The District's Level 1 Repository will dictate the due dates for the eScholar files. The information here is only to be used as a guideline.

The IEPDirect Centris Synch is a process that creates an xml file to be used by the Centris Synch Agent to update the IEPDirect system. This is typically scheduled to run nightly.
