District Configuration
Administration > General Setup > District > District
For Maryland State Reporting, you need to make sure that your District Configuration has the following fields updated appropriately.
Preferences Panel
Field | Description |

State Equivalency Code | Enter your District's 2-digit District number for State Reporting. |
E/W Membership Day Rule | Set this to E – Require Membership Dates except for Rollover Withdrawal. This setting will work with the State withdrawal rule to make the rollover withdrawal date the day after the last day of school. This will ensure that your attendance data is calculated correctly for State Reporting. |
State ID Assignment Panel
In order to ensure that your students have the correct State IDs for State Reporting, please set up your District Configuration, State ID Assignment tab to have these values.
