CRDC School Report (OCR Building Setup, Run OCR Reports)

CRDC PDF Report changes for RSTR:

• A new field has been added: RSTR-1 - Restraint or Seclusion Indicator.

• Updated numbering for existing fields:

  • RSTR-1 renamed to RSTR-2.

  • RSTR-2 renamed to RSTR-3.

  • RSTR-3 renamed to RSTR-4.

  • RSTR-4 renamed to RSTR-5.

  • RSTR-5 renamed to RSTR-6.

  • RSTR-6 renamed to RSTR-7.

  • RSTR-7 renamed to RSTR-8.

eSP UI changes for RSTR:

• Updated field names:

  • RSTR-1-3: Mechanical Restraint renamed to RSTR-2-4: Mechanical Restraint.

  • RSTR-1-3: Physical Restraint renamed to RSTR-2-4: Physical Restraint.

  • RSTR-1-3: Seclusion renamed to RSTR-2-4: Seclusion.

• Added three new checkboxes for RSTR-1.

CRDC PDF Report updates for HIBS:

• HIBS-2 from the CRDC ESP PDF Report has been merged into HIBS-1 for the 2023-2024 report.

• The entry for HIBS-2, Allegations of Harassment or Bullying - Gender Identity, has been removed.

• Numbering adjustments have been made as follows:

  • HIBS-3 is now HIBS-2

  • HIBS-4 is now HIBS-3

  • HIBS-5 is now HIBS-4

  • HIBS-6 is now HIBS-5

  • HIBS-7 is now HIBS-6

  • HIBS-8 is now HIBS-7

  • HIBS-9 is now HIBS-8

eSP UI updates for HIBS:

• The name HIBS-3 has been updated to HIBS-2.

• A bug related to the description of gender_identity_harassment_incidents has been corrected with accurate wording.

Updated the OCR Summary and OCR Report pages as per the latest CRDC School Form reporting changes. 83 questions have been added to the question dropdown menu on the OCR Summary page when the form type B - Building is selected for the 2023-2024 School Year:
