Updated the CRDC DIND fields in the UI, school form, and flat file to align with the latest reporting requirements:

DIND-1 renamed to INST-1: Instruction – Instruction Type with the following options:

A – Only in-person instruction

B – Only remote instruction

C – Hybrid of in-person and remote instruction
-
Flat File column updated from SCH_DIND_INSTRUCTIONTYPE to SCH_INST_INSTRUCTIONTYPE.

DIND-2 renamed to INST-2: Instruction – Remote Instruction. Flat File column updated from SCH_DIND_REMOTETYPE to SCH_INST_REMOTETYPE.

DIND-3 removed from the UI, School Form, and Flat File.
