OCR Civil Rights Data Collection

The Civil Rights Data Collection (CRDC) is a mandatory data collection by the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) of the U. S. Department of Education (ED). The CDRC is a biennial survey of a sample of local educational agencies (LEAs) that gathers data on key education and civil rights issues in public schools. The survey is usually completed by LEAs, but states can elect to submit the data for their LEAs.

The CRDC data is specific only for the school year mentioned. For example, all current year CRDC data is only for the current Submission Year.
