Removed the processing for Transitional Kindergarten (TK) students, which was looking for the WAEED Program Record to indicate TK enrollment, as it is no longer applicable. Instead, grade state code equivalency has been included for TKHC, TKFTE, and TBIPTK (223, 224, and 225). |
