| ESP-94424 | Create CEDARS Download/Extract | When the district generates the Special Education Programs (K) download for a student, despite having a value for Non-Public Agency, they encounter the error message "Non-Public Agency is required when LRE Code is 11 or 12". This occurs because the selected Non-Public Agency value is not present in the WA_CROSSWALKS table, causing the State Code Equivalent for the value to return as null and triggering the error message. The problem is resolved by adding the Code and State Code Equivalent value to the WA_CROSSWALKS table. |
