ESP-105903	PIMS	Renamed the First Year Exempt field to First Year EL Indicator in the PIMS and Summary Pages. Additional Information: If a student has been enrolled in a U.S. school for 12 months or less by the end of the current ELA/Keystone Literature testing window and has not already been exempted as a first-year EL in a previous year, they may be marked with a valid value of "Y" once in their educational career. This designation is required when EL Status (field 41) is 01 or 06.
ESP-106442	PIMS Download (Teacher Student Linkage Template)	Updated processing to handle the System.IndexOutOfRangeException errors that occurred due to NoShow students.
ESP-106333	PIMS Download (Teacher Student Linkage Template)	Updated processing to correctly handle the State Code for Building not present or length > 4 error, which was previously being logged incorrectly for all students.
ESP-106001	Programs (FSTR - Foster Student / AAP - Adult Affidavit Program)	Updated the Foster Student Indicator processing so that if a student is in an active foster care program at any time during the current school year, the Foster Student Indicator will be set to Y; if no active foster care program is found, it will be set to N. Additionally, the AAP prerequisite has been removed, allowing foster care status to be evaluated for all students regardless of AAP program enrollment.
