PIMS Download - Student Template (Graduation Status and Diploma Type)

Updated the graduation status to handle cases where the Withdrawal Date is null.

• When the Create Graduating Withdrawal Records checkbox is selected and no Withdrawal Date is entered, the Graduation Date from the Academic page is used as the Withdrawal Date.

• If the Graduation Date is also not provided, both the Withdrawal Date and Graduation Status remain null.

When a Withdrawal Date is present:

• The Graduation Status is evaluated only if:

  • The Graduation Building from the Graduation Program matches the Entry/Withdrawal Building or is null, and

  • The Program Start Date is on or before the Withdrawal Date.

The Diploma Type is considered only when the Graduation Status is set to G (Graduated) or F (Finished).
