September 2024 Major Maintenance Release

Implemented the following business rules:

• The Substantiated Event Indicator must be blank when the Restraint Type Code is equal to Physical, Timeout BIP, or Timeout No BIP.
• The Response Reason Code must be provided when the Response Type Code is equal to Physical, Timeout BIP, or Timeout No BIP.
• The Response Reason Code must be blank when the Restraint Type Code is equal to Aversive, Corporal, Mechanical, Prone, or Seclusion.
• Staff Training is required when the Restraint Type Code is equal to Physical, Timeout BIP, or Timeout No BIP.
• Staff Training must be blank when the Restraint Type Code is equal to Aversive, Corporal, Mechanical, Prone, or Seclusion.
• Incident Comment cannot be blank or exceed 250 characters.

• Added the Instructor Type code to the Staff Additional Information district-defined page and the Master Schedule page under the Staff section. If the Instructor Type is null from the Master Schedule, the Instructor Type value from the Staff Additional Information is retrieved.
• Added the Instructor Type code to the Course Instructor report summary and search page.
• Added the Instructor Type code to the Course Instructor Assignment submission file.

Added assessments and related course codes to meet the state reporting requirements:

• Course codes: 02050 - Algebra, 02072 - Geometry, 03008 - Earth & Space Science, and 03050 - Life Science: Biology

• Subtests under the Regents June test: 06303 - Regents Algebra, 06705 - Geometry, 06900 - Earth & Space Science, and 06159 - Life Science: Biology

Implemented an error message when the Primary Guardian Name is left blank.
