NY State Reporting Information, Program Screen, and NY Student Lite

Created the NY State Reporting Information (NSPI) program with the Crisis Impact Code and Crisis Name fields. Additionally, updated the Student Lite report to include data for the school year during which students registered, ensuring it also covers those who registered over the summer.

NY Teacher Course Download

Updated the error messages with logic for the Course Instructor Assignment download:

Error message: Course: XX, Section: XX, Term: XX: State Code Equivalent is blank or empty. Records will not be processed.
This error message will be logged when records are being processed and any equivalent State Code Equivalence value is either null or blank for the term associated with the Enabled/Enrolled marking periods.

Error message: Course: XX, Section: XX: No records are found. Adjust the Staff or Marking Period dates correctly to process the records.
This error message will be logged when records are not getting processed.
