Added the CTE Work Based Learning (WBL) checkbox to the MOSIS CTE/Graduate Follow-up page (after CTE Certificate).

Extract: Added to Student Core file at position 360
Optional at Data Entry
Applicable Cycles (2026 School Year Only): February, April, June, October, December

Note that this field is not required for the August cycle.
