MO MOSIS Assessment Pre-Code File

ACT Assessment

Includes the teacher specified in the Pre-ID Teacher Staff ID field on the MOSIS Demographics page.

End of Course

Includes the teacher specified as the primary staff member for the course-section associated with the subject code being reported.

To use the teacher specified in the Pre-ID Teacher Staff ID field on the MOSIS Demographics page, select the User ID Override checkbox when you create the Pre-ID file. If no teacher is selected in the Pre-ID Teacher Staff ID, then the course-section teacher is reported.

LEP/ELL

Includes the staff member assigned to the student's Primary Homeroom.

To use the teacher specified in the Pre-ID Teacher Staff ID field on the MOSIS Demographics page, select the User ID Override checkbox when you create the Pre-ID file. If no teacher is selected in the Pre-ID Teacher Staff ID, then the homeroom teacher is reported. 

MAP and MAPA

Includes the teacher specified in the Pre-ID Teacher Staff ID field on the MOSIS Demographics page.

School Year

The current school year

Assessment Type

Select the assessment type for the pre-ID file.

Testing Method

Select the testing method for all assessment types except MAP.

Building List

Select All for all buildings or Selected to select a building or buildings.

Marking Period

Select the Marking Period for the End of Course Assessments to indicate when the instruction for the course took place.

Collection Date

The defined date for the Collection.

Algebra I through American History I

Select the appropriate code for the course for the assessment file that you are creating.

User Staff ID Override

Select this checkbox to include the teacher specified in the Pre-ID Teacher Staff ID field on the MOSIS Demographics page. The selected assessment type determines how teachers are selected for the pre-id file. Refer to the table in the Teacher Included in Pre-ID section.

File Type

Select Comma Separated or Tab Delimited.
