IL Eye Examination

Added a condition to ensure accurate validation across all applicable sections. Therefore, either of the following must be true:

• The student's registration state enrollment date is on or after the first day of the registration calendar, or

• The entry code for the student registration entry is '02' (indicating the student is enrolling for the first time in an Illinois school).

This condition applies to the following sections:

• In Compliance (Completed)

• Waiver-1

• Waiver-2

• Waiver-3

• Approved

• Religious Objection

• Not Completed (Not in Compliance)
